option 1

Homestay

If you are coming to China to learn Chinese for a month or more, you can choose to stay with a local family. It’s an immersive cultural experience and a unique way to learn about the Chinese way of life.

Homestay Details

Stay with a Chinese family and get the full local living experience. You’ll be able to observe local habits and ways of life firsthand, and at the same time share your culture with your new family. You’d be surprised how warm and friendly Chinese families are.

Shared Apartment (Private Room)

A private room in a shared apartment is a more budget-friendly option. You can make friends with your roommates.

Room in a shared apartment

You will have your own private bedroom in an apartment shared with other students. The apartment comes furnished, with a kitchen and a living room. That’s Mandarin will provide the beddings and a pillow.

option 3

Private Apartment

If you’d like more privacy and your own kitchen, you can choose to rent an apartment all for yourself. Depending on availability, it’s usually a studio room or a one-room apartment.

Private Apartment Accommodation

If you would like to have more privacy and have the whole space to yourself, including the kitchen, you can choose to rent an apartment for short-term rent.

Typically in China it’s a studio apartment, or a 1 room + 1 kitchen layout. You will also have your own private bathroom.

Hotel

If you are coming to China for a short term, usually for a period of 2 to 3 weeks, you can stay in a hotel. We can recommend you hotels located not far from our campus, and you can choose among several options according your budget and preferences.

Hotel Accommodation

We can recommend you several partnering hotels which are generally within a 10-minute walking distance from our schools. These hotels offer special deals to That’s Mandarin students.

Alternatively, we can provide you with recommendations for hotels on Ctrip.
